Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Chia seeds, soaked
  • Almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
  • Granola
  • Protein powder (optional)
  • Dark chocolate square
Mix protein powder into the yogurt first for a smooth, creamy base.

Preparation

  1. Add your preferred yogurt to a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced bananas and granola.
  3. Add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds.
  4. Dollop almond butter on top.
  5. Finish with a square of dark chocolate.
  6. Mix gently if desired and enjoy.
