Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- Banana
- Greek yoghurt
- Chia seeds, soaked
- Almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- Granola
- Protein powder (optional)
- Dark chocolate square
Mix protein powder into the yogurt first for a smooth, creamy base.
Preparation
- Add your preferred yogurt to a bowl.
- Top with sliced bananas and granola.
- Add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds.
- Dollop almond butter on top.
- Finish with a square of dark chocolate.
- Mix gently if desired and enjoy.
