Protein-Rich Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- Prebiotic 72% chocolate bar with teff & quinoa
- 350 g silken tofu (approximately one full block)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pack classic hot chocolate or 2 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of salt
Use high-quality dark chocolate for the smoothest, richest mousse.
Steps
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave for 2–3 minutes, checking in between.
- Transfer melted chocolate to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
- Add silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, hot chocolate or cacao powder, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
