Protein-Rich Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • Prebiotic 72% chocolate bar with teff & quinoa
  • 350 g silken tofu (approximately one full block)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pack classic hot chocolate or 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt
Use high-quality dark chocolate for the smoothest, richest mousse.

Steps

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave for 2–3 minutes, checking in between.
  2. Transfer melted chocolate to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
  3. Add silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, hot chocolate or cacao powder, and salt to a blender.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
