Amaranth Pizza
For the Base
- 1 cup amaranth flour
- 1 cup jowar flour
- ¼ cup khapli atta
- Salt, to taste
- Chilli flakes, to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Water, to knead into a soft dough
Knead the dough soft but not sticky for a better pizza base texture.
For the Sauce
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Chilli flakes
Roast all ingredients, blend until smooth, then sauté with basil, oregano, and salt.
To Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the dough and place on a baking tray.
- Spread the prepared sauce evenly on the base.
- Top with veggies and cheese of your choice.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the crust is cooked and cheese melts.
